Signing Services

 Valid forms of identification are:

• Current Driver’s License
• State-Issued ID
• US Passport
• US Military ID, or
• US Permanent Resident Card (“Green Card”).

This includes being present both physically and mentally. If any party is absent or does not fully comprehend the contents of the document being signed, we will kindly ask for the appointment to be rescheduled. This ensures that everyone involved is fully aware and understands the implications of what they are agreeing to. 

Before the signing process begins, the document will be thoroughly examined to ensure it is complete and accurate. It is important that there are no changes made to the original text and no spaces are left blank.

This procedure is in place to uphold the integrity of the documents being notarized and to ensure that all parties involved are protected.

 Payment is required upfront prior to all appointments. To receive a quote and arrange payment for your upcoming appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll be happy to provide you with a quote and assist you with the payment process.

 If your document necessitates a witness, please note that we are unable to provide one for you. It is the responsibility of the individual requiring the witness to bring them along to the appointment. Additionally, please ensure that the witness personally knows the individual whose document is being notarized. Furthermore, the witness must possess a valid photo identification to verify their identity.

 According to Ohio law, it is necessary for the notary, the customer seeking notarization, and any witnesses to be able to communicate directly with each other. As English is our primary language at this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to notarize any documents written in languages other than English.
